Отклонения уровней нейротропных сывороточных аутоантител у больных ВИЧ-ассоциированным туберкулёзом центральной нервной системы
2013
In order to evaluate the informativeness of complex study of natural neurotrophic autoantibodies level (“ELINeuro-Test-12”) for the HIV-associated CNS tuberculosis (HIV/TB CNS) diagnosis 30 patients with HIV/TB CNS, 18 patients with HIV/TB lung, 22 patients with pulmonary TB without HIV infection and 30 healthy individuals have been investigated. It has been revealed that the changes in the spectrum of natural neurotropic autoantibodies in all TB patients have the same orientation, regardless of the localization process and the presence or absence of the HIV infection. The lack of clear, unique for the tuberculosis of the central nervous system indicators changes do not allow to recommend “ELI-NeuroTest-12” for the early diagnosis of HIV / TB CNS.Thus, a sharp increase or decrease of the average individual immunoreactivity can equally be considered as the criteria of unfavorable outcome of the disease.
