On the Use of the Policy of Financial Leverage in the Promotion of the Sustainable Development of Enterprises

Financial leverage policies can produce important effects on the sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper elaborates on types of financial leverage policies and the factors restricting their selection and proposes that businesses should decide on a rational debt level in accordance with the impact of the environment and maintain a good balance between financial flexibility and the use of financial leverage and strengthen the adjusting capacity of the financial leverage.
