Effect of multiple factors changes environment of SOD activity and MDA content of the rabbit in myocardial ischemia.

[Objective] TO study the effects of change of multiple factors environment under condition of dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in myocardial ischemia rabbit.[Methods] 72 rabbits were randomly divided into myocardial ischemia group,myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia plus high temperature group,myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia group,myocardial ischemia plus hunger group,myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia plus high temperature plus hunger group,hypoxia group,hunger group,high temperature and control group.Each group contained 8 rabbits.myocardial ischemia were treated to be the myocardial ischemia as well as other were treated with their correspond methods for 30minutes.After the experiment,superoxide SOD activity and MDA contents.[Results] serum SOD activity were decreased significantly(P ﹤ 0.05) and the MDA contents were increased significantly(P ﹤ 0.05),Aster myocardial ischemia,in changes of multiple factors environment [Conclusion] The changes of multiple factors environment could free radical increase of rabbits with myocardial ischemia
