The utility model provides a conveying robot system which comprises a base, rotary vertical columns which are movably positioned on the base and perpendicular to the base, a cantilever which is perpendicularly arranged on the rotary vertical columns and can move along the axial directions of the rotary vertical columns, a manipulator which is movably fixed at the tail end of the cantilever, and a control device which controls rotating angles of the rotary vertical columns and moving distances of the base, the cantilever and the manipulator, wherein the cantilever is perpendicular to the rotary vertical columns and provided with a vision shooting judging and reading device for scanning models of a carried workpiece, so that large heavy workpieces can be automatically carried, and the production efficiency is improved.
