Characterization of Synthetic Peptide Library Using HPLC and MALDI - TOF - MS

Synthetic peptide library was separated and characterized by high performance liquid chromatography and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. 17 of 18 peptides in the library were found from mass spectra. This method is very useful for determining the quality of small peptide library.
