Aggregative Pole Placement of Complex Conjugate Poles within Continuous System Optimal Control

1995
Abstract We present a new method to place complex conjugate poles within the framework of continuous systems optimal control. Our demonstration is based on a well known aggregative method. The pole-placement is determined by the means of the reduced system and it simultaneously optimises a quadratic criterion. Desired poles can be complex or real. We precisely explicit the whole area of shifting poles. We illustrate the method by the use of a program which gives the shifted poles area to the designer.
