Letter to the Editor—Triacylglycerol and vitamin D

We appreciate the comment by Mullie and Autier (2010) on our article in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Jorde et al., 2010), and agree that an increase in intake of fatty fish is one obvious and possible explanation for the decline in triacylglycerol in those who had an increase in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D during the observation period.
