Radiosensitivity of dormant Phaseolus seeds

Abstract The radiosensitivities of two wild forms and two cultivars of P. vulgaris, P. aborigineus and P. cocineus were compared. Factors likely to be associated with radiosensitivity included growth habit and seed size. Wild beans appeared more resistant than cultivated ones.
