Related to the field of biomedical testing, specifically, related to an antigen-aptamer-based competitive assay test strip, applications thereof, and a test strip utilizing an aptamer in testing for aflatoxin B1 or M1. The antigen-aptamer-based competitive assay test strip comprises a sample absorption pad, a marker pad, a reaction film, a water absorbent pad, and a base plate. The marker pad envelops a testing probe. The testing probe is an aptamer of a testing target substance and marked with an indicator used for displaying signal strength. A testing area and a quality control area are provided on the reaction film. The testing area fixedly envelops an antigen of the target substance. The quality control area fixedly envelops a quality control probe. The test strip for testing aflatoxin B1 or M1 comprises the sample absorption pad, the marker pad, the reaction film, and the water absorbent pad. The marker pad envelops the testing probe. The testing probe is a fluoresceinated aflatoxin B1 aptamer. The reaction film comprises the testing area and the quality control area. The testing area envelops a conjugate formed by aflatoxin B1 hapten and a carrier protein. The quality control area envelops the quality control probe. The quality control probe is a conjugate formed by an avidin coupled to biotinylated aflatoxin B1 aptamer or a complementary single-stranded DNA molecule of the connection sequence thereof. The test strip for testing aflatoxin B1 or M1 has the advantages of high sensitivity, accurate quantification, strong specificity, simplicity, convenience, and short testing time.
