Condition and Result of Treatement to the Second Anti-TB Drugs Retreated Patients Between the City Area and Steppe Area

Objective:To analyze the drug fast condition and treatement effect to the second Anti-TB drugs between the city area and steppe area in retreated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: Analysis of resistant status in 74 retreated pulmonary tuberculosis cases with culture positive and susceptibility test was conducte.All retreated cases during 2005～2006 were treated for 6 months with the second Anti-TB drugs.Results: The improvement rate of between the city area and steppe area had no statistics difference.The drug fast condition: Between the city area and steppe area had statistics difference.The steppe area was higher than the city area.Conclusion:The drug fast condition of the steppe area was very severe.
