Content Determination of Ginsenoside Contents in Jishen Capsule Using HPLC

Objective The test was to establish a method to measme the content of hesperidin in Jishen Capsule.Methods The was used to determinate its content.Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 1.65～6.05μg(r=0.9997),the average re- covery was 95.98% RSD=1.35(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,acurate and suit able for quality control of the preparation of the measmenent.
