The invention discloses a current summation method for an internal bridging line independent of a circuit breaker and a position of a disconnecting link. An intelligent substation merging unit and a device maintenance pressing plate for an intelligent electricity meter are utilized, a device maintenance state of a wire inlet merging unit, a device maintenance state of a bridge merging unit and a device maintenance state of the intelligent electricity meter are fully considered through vectors and logics, and when the states are consistent, a corresponding sample value (SV) is counted into a vector sum calculation principle. The corresponding SV is counted into the vector sum calculation principle due to consistent states, the current on a main variable high-voltage side is easily calculated, and the electric energy metering requirements are met, namely the device maintenance states are fully utilized and the wire inlet circuit breakers, bridge circuit breakers and the position of the disconnecting link in the conventional method are not depended; and an independent variable high merging unit is not required to be configured, the cost is saved, the internal logic is simple, and due to human manual operation, the error probability is low.
