60 MINUTES WITH JOHN W. CLARK, ACTING ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL, ANTITRUST DIVISION, U. S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

2016
Mr. Denger: We would like to continue with the third segment of the "Report from Officialdom." We are extremely honored to have with us today John Clark, Acting Assistant Attorney General in Charge of the Antitrust Division. John holds the permanent position of Deputy Assistant Attorney General, and he has had a long and distinguished career in the Antitrust Division for approximately twenty-six years. John started as a trial attorney; for ten years, he served as Chief of a litigating section; in 1987, he was appointed Deputy Director of Operations; and then he became Deputy Assistant Attorney General. He exemplifies the tradition that the Antitrust Division has enjoyed for several decades of a large number of distinguished lawyers and economists who have made their careers in the agency. We are very grateful to have John with us this morning in his capacity as Acting Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Division.
