PA6 composition and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a PA6 composition. The PA6 composition is prepared from the ingredients in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of polyamide 6, 20-60 parts of polyamide 12, 2-15 parts of EVA grafted maleic anhydride, 0.1-1.0 part of antioxidant and 0.2-1.0 part of lubricant. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the PA6 composition. The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) separately drying the polyamide 6 and the polyamide 12; (2) proportionally mixing all the ingredients at a high speed; and (3) carrying out melt extrusion and granulation on mixed raw materials, thereby obtaining the composition. According to the PA6 composition and the preparation method thereof, the specific PA6, polyamide 12 and EVA grafted maleic anhydride can coact during processing so as to improve the compatibility among the PA6, the polyamide 12 and the EVA grafted maleic anhydride, and nylon 12 and the EVA grafted maleic anhydride coact so as to greatly improve the low-temperature impact properties of the nylon 6 composition, so that the PA6 composition can be extensively applied to the fields of automobile interior/exterior parts, communicating facilities, electric tools, sports goods and the like and can also be radiated to other related fields, thereby having a relatively good application prospect.
