Multi-functional Chests for Field Shelter Hospital

Objective To design multi-functional chests for the field shelter hospital to reduce the load.Methods The multi-functional chests were designed based on the analysis on the field shelter hospital in the earthquake relieves of Wenchuan and Yushu.The boards of the chests were made of aluminum alloy or wood and metal frame,and the boards were connected by the steel bars inserted into the notch or by buckle.Results The multi-functional chests could be used to transport and store the materials of the field shelter hospital and to form the camp bed,desk,cabinet,table and etc.Conclusion The multi-functional chests can adapt itself to the field shelter hospital.
