The invention discloses a combed flexible rotor in a tubular photobioreactor. The combed flexible rotor is mainly composed of a boss, a vane body, combed teeth, a concave platform, transition curves and a hollow shaft; the boss and the concave platform are respectively located at two ends of the hollow shaft, the combed teeth, the vane body and the transition curves are sequentially arrayed on the outer cylindrical surface of the hollow shaft, the boss, the vane body, the combed teeth, the concave platform, the transition curves and the hollow shaft are integrally formed or integrally adhered, the combed teeth are arrayed in the vane body and in contact with the inner wall of a reaction pipe, the vane body supplies rigid support, parts of the combed teeth are quite thin multi-teeth structures and made of flexible materials, the rotors are combined through a rotating shaft penetrating the hollow shaft, and the bosses and concave platforms among the different rotors are mutually matched. By the aid of combed flexible teeth structures, cleaning function on the wall of the reaction pipe is strengthened, problems that microalgae cells in microalgae cultivation are prone to entangling and wall attaching and the like are solved, blocking of wall attaching components on illuminating is avoided, and solar energy utilization of microalgae is increased.
