The invention relates to a control system of a contactor reliability test device. The control system mainly comprises an operating power supply, a programmable logic controller (PLC) control system, a voltage regulator, relays, a human-computer interface system and a plant power supply system; the control system can be used for carrying out on-off control on a plurality of test objects at the same time by the plurality of solid-state relays, is capable of monitoring the contact states of all the test objects and the output voltage of the power supply in the test process, and provides reliability monitoring for contacts of all the test objects so as to realize failure warning; the control system is set by a tester, the number of the test objects is selected, the mechanical life times can be completed by the set operation frequency, and the detection result is sent into the control system and is displayed by a human-computer interface by the PLC. After the control system is used, the active power consumption of the test using a single contactor can be reduced, the test time is shortened, and the test cost is lowered; furthermore, the contactor does not need to be connected with a load for measuring the reliability, so that the wiring operation of the contactor is very convenient, and a great deal of financial loss is reduced.
