MORTALITY IN PATIENTS WITH PRE-OPERATIVE AND PERSISTENT POST-OPERATIVE PULMONARY HYPERTENSION UNDERGOING MITRAL VALVE SURGERY FOR MITRAL REGURGITATION

While the implications and outcomes of pulmonary hypertension (PH) complicating mitral stenosis have been well described, PH in patients undergoing mitral valve surgery (MVS) for severe mitral regurgitation (MR) has been comparatively understudied. We aimed to describe post-operative mortality in
