The invention discloses a fixed structure of a coaxial contact element and an mounting plate, comprising the coaxial contact element and the insulated mounting plate and being characterized in that the coaxial contact element is a sidestep axle of which the axle journal is provided with a self-correcting section, a clearance-avoiding section, an oriented section and a positioning section; axial vertical stripes are arranged in the middle of the oriented section; mounting holes on the insulated mounting plate are counter holes with distributed ribs; the coaxial contact element is arranged inside the mounting holes on the insulated mounting plate in a pressurized mode; and the axial vertical stripes of the coaxial contact element are clamped with the distributed ribs so as to fix the coaxial contact element inside the mounting holes axially. Compared with the prior art, the fixed structure has the advantages of good and stable electrical property and radio-frequency performance, simple structure and good coordination reliability, can ensure the coaxial connector to be connected reliably and stably in a specified frequency range and is suitable for high-frequency signal transmission in the communication field.
