The invention relates to an overhead junction pole for a two-circuit overhead transmission line and a junction structure of the overhead junction pole, and belongs to the technical field of high-voltage transmission lines. On the basis of an existing junction pole, at least two cross poles and one unloading pole are also arranged on a steel pipe pole from top to bottom, the unloading pole and each cross pole are located on perpendicular planes of planes where line hanging poles are located, and divergence line (T-joint) leads are arranged horizontally, so that the interlayer distance between the leads and ground wires is compressed to the maximum extent, and the limited space height is fully used; single-phase leads are vertically arranged in an upper-and-lower manner for jumper wires, and all the phase leads are arranged in parallel in the main line direction. The junction pole is simple in structure, and the problems of the high difficulty and the high cost during reverse T-joint unloading of one of two circuits as well as adverse effects on the operation safety and the power supply capacity of grids due to the fact that power outage is required during construction are solved.
