The invention discloses a condensed hydrolysis reinforced AAO biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal system, and to-be-treated sewage enters the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal system through a water inlet pipeline. The biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal system comprises a condensed hydrolysis tank, an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank and a secondary sedimentation tank, wherein the water inlet pipeline is connected with the condensed hydrolysis tank, and the condensed hydrolysis tank and the anoxic tank, as well as the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank, are separated by using a partition plate; and the aerobic tank and the secondary sedimentation tank are connected by a pipeline. According to a biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process provided by the invention, an anaerobic section is transformed into the condensed hydrolysis tank, and the amount of returned sludge entering the condensed hydrolysis tank is controlled at a lower level, so that the amount of dissolved oxygen or nitrate carried in the returned sludge and entering the anoxic tank is reduced, thereby protecting the anaerobic environment from being destroyed; a flow regime advantageous to sludge concentration is manufactured in the condensed hydrolysis tank, so that the concentration and retention time of sludge in the tank are significantly increased, thereby enhancing the hydrolytic acidification effect of the tank; and sewage and sludge in the condensed hydrolysis tank are fully contacted, thereby providing a good deal of VFA for the phosphorus-accumulating bacteria and subsequent anoxic denitrifying bacteria.
