The Application of Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method for Human Error Analysis in Oil Tanker Accident

Through studying the root cause of human error,this paper is very useful for the analysis,evaluation and prospective quantification in oil tanker accident.Based on the cognitive reliability and error analysis method,this paper establishes the error model and consequent-antecedent retrospective table which is applied to the oil tanker accident.Through the application in one case of oil tanker accident,the result shows that the retrospective analysis method is very useful for root cause analysis in oil tanker accident.
