The present invention relates to a method for fractional Fourier transformed measured dispersion fiber link, belonging to the field of optical communication technology. The method of the present invention is the optical pulse signal output from the fiber link coherent demodulation, to obtain a plurality of field of the optical pulse signal, and then the complex field in fractional Fourier transform, according to the energy spectrum of chirp fraction focusing effect, calculates a score optimal fractional Fourier transform times, then the order is calculated by the optimal fractional chromatic dispersion of the optical fiber link; the present method can be used for different types of optical fiber communication link system composed of, for monitoring dispersion fiber links .
