The invention discloses a puncture-resistant prevulcanization tire tread. The puncture-resistant prevulcanization tire tread comprises a surface layer, a middle reinforced layer and a bottom layer in sequence from outside to inside, wherein the surface layer is a tread pattern rubber layer; the middle reinforced layer is a steel wire reinforced layer or a fiber reinforced layer; the bottom layer is a rubber layer; at least one middle reinforced layer is arranged; the steel wire reinforced layer is made of steel wires; and the fiber reinforced layer is made of fiber cords. According to the puncture-resistant prevulcanization tire tread, steel wire and/or fiber cord reinforced layer material is added in the middle of the tread, so that the loading-resistant performance, the puncture-resistant performance and the impact-resistant performance of the tire are improved; the rubber bottom layer is arranged under the reinforced layer, so that a tire frame material is effectively isolated, buffered and bonded, and thus the service life of the tire is prolonged. The puncture-resistant prevulcanization tire tread is reasonable in structure, simple in manufacture process, low in manufacture cost, wide in application field, applicable to retreading under various conditions and directly applicable to manufacture of novel tires.
