Hybrid and inter-species nuclear transfer in mammals

This article reviewed some topics relative to hybrid and inter-species nuclear transfer research and their progress in recent years. The authors suggested that the compatibility or rejection of recipient cytoplasm to donor is different in reconstructed embryos from inter-species nuclear transfer. Some probable ways for establishing and maintaining the pregnancy of hetero-reconstructed embryos were also suggested.
