PROPUESTA DE MEJORAMIENTO DE UN PRODUCTO EN LA CIUDAD DE BARRANQUILLA: BOLLO DE MAÍZ EJECUTIVO ∗

This article is the result of an investigation, whose main objective was to make a proposal for improving a product in Barranquilla: Executive Boiled Fresh Corn Rolls. For this a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and a method of inductive research, applied research techniques were the interview, survey, and direct observation, the sample size for 100 consumers between 15 and 50 years in the city of Barranquilla, like result obtained 100% are willing to buy this product, as they consider innovative, and is healthy for the quality of life of consumers, 60% diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease and even also for aesthetics. The investigation concluded that the proposed improved product will become an entrepreneurship project because it is presented as an alternative strategy aimed at job creation and economic development of the region.
