Construction design of multistage axial field BLDC motor

2020
BLDCM Technology is widely developed in construction design methods, such as mechanical construction design, magnetic rotor construction design, and also stator coil construction design. This study applies a multistage construction design with the use of magnets based on the number of poles on the stator. It is intended that when there is commutation on the stator, all the magnets in the rotor can interact with the number of poles active in the stator. For the contruction design of stator coil, this study applies a stator coil construction in opposite directions to each pole. Therefore, in order to produce fields on opposite polar, it’s only requires half a cycle of commutational pulses. Based on the BLDC Motor Multi Stage Axial Field identification results, the parameter constant values are as follows: (A) R=0,87Ω, (B) L=0,16 mH (C) KTm= 0,225 N.m (D) Ce.m.f = 39,56 mV.s/r (E) M=138,22 µH (F) B=0,094 N.m.s/r (G) J=0,0102 Kg.m2.
