Single-phase films of CuInS2xSe2(1−x) solid solutions with a chalcopyrite structure were deposited by laser evaporation of CuInS2xSe2(1−x) crystal targets (0≤x≤1). The structural and optical characteristics of the films depend on the chalcogen concentrations.
