espanolEl objetivo es identificar los conflictos de uso de la tierra para la determinacion de sitios optimos de observacion de Cuniculus paca, en dos sectores de Ecuador. La metodologia consistio en el empleo de: Matriz de Jerarquias Analiticas de la Tecnica Compensatoria Aditiva de la Evaluacion Multicriterios; matriz de contrastes; cruce algebraico con un SIG; identificacion del bosque humedo tropical mediante interpretacion visual sobre ortofotomapas y la tecnica de clasificacion supervisada, se verifico su confiabilidad con la matriz de confusion y el indice de Kappa. Se concluyo que en los sectores en estudio el uso adecuado del suelo representa menos del 20% del total. La mayor parte de las tierras estan subutilizadas, con lo cual las areas para la observacion de la especie cinegetica estan restringidas a escasos sitios. La precision global fue de 81,6% y el indice de Kappa de 75,2% portuguesThe aim of this paper is the identification of land use conflicts for the determination of observation sites of the Cuniculus paca, by using camera-trap, in two areas of Ecuador. The methodology consisted of: The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP); Multicriteria Evaluation (MCE); GIS; identification of the forest wet tropical by means of visual interpretation on orthophotomaps and the supervised classification technique. Its reliability was verified by using the Confusion Matrix and Kappa Index. We concluded that it is seen in the studied areas that the proper use of the soil represents less than 20% of the total. Most of the lands are underutilized, according to the categories of spatial analysis that were used, with which the areas for the observation of the hunting species are restricted to few sites. The overall accuracy was 81.6% and the Kappa index was 75.2%
