Analysis and Adjustment on Employment Psychological Survey of Higher Vocational College Students Under the Background of Financial Crisis

In order to find out the psychological situation of higher vocational college students,this paper makes a statistical analysis on 658 questionnaire surveys about employment psychology of higher vocational college students,and proposes approaches to adjust students' employment psychology according to the analysis for guidance.
