Micro led module and manufacturing method therefor

A micro LED module is disclosed. The micro LED module comprises: a micro LED comprising a plurality of LED cells, wherein each LED cell comprises a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a submount substrate on which the micro LED is mounted; a plurality of electrode pads formed in the micro LED cell; a plurality of electrodes formed on the submount substrate so as to correspond to the plurality of electrode pads; a plurality of connection parts for interconnecting the plurality of electrode pads and the plurality of electrodes; and a gap filling layer formed to fill the space between the micro LED and the submount substrate, and having an adhesive force with respect to the micro LED and the submount substrate.
