Virginal breast hypertrophy characterized by diffuse and excessive increase in size of one or both breasts, usually presents on women near puberty. Due to the limited information regarding this pathology in early ages, is relevant to show the clinical behavior and therapeutic on this report of 10 years 2 months of age, who presented with fast and asymmetric growth of both breast, associated with breast and dorsal pain.
