The Software Design of Aging Test System for Communication Batteries Board Based on LabVIEW

Aming at the deficiency of single tested products, low test efficiency and high test cost in conventional aging test system, aging test system of communication batteries board was designed based on the platform of Lab VIEW, hardware structure and development process of test software were described. Upper computer software sent control command to lower computer including modular DC electronic loads, DC power supply, MCU board and tested products by serial ports. Test data, state and results were read at the same time, and saved in Access database, test reports were generated lastly, which have realized automatic test of aging property of communication batteries board and fault diagnosis of products and system. Application in production practice showed that the system have various advantages such as low cost, convenient operation, steady performance, friendly man-machine interface, favorable portability and scalability.
