Control mechanism for gearbox

2011
The utility model discloses a control mechanism for a gearbox. The control mechanism comprises a gear shift shaft arranged in a control mechanism casing, a self-locking mechanism, a reverse gear locking mechanism, a gear shift block fixedly arranged on the gear shift shaft as well as an interlocking fork sleeved on the gear shift shaft, wherein the self-locking mechanism comprises a gear self-locking shaft and a self-locking block; the self-locking block is mounted on the gear shift shaft; a cavity for limiting the rotating angle of the self-locking block is arranged in the casing; the gear shift shaft is connected with a gear shift rocker arm for controlling the gear shift shaft to rotate and axially move; and the other end of the interlocking fork is sleeved on the gear self-locking shaft. The control mechanism for the gearbox integrates the self-locking mechanism, an interlocking mechanism and the reverse gear locking mechanism and can be used for carrying out mechanical gear selection and gear shift and realizing the control over the 6-gear gearbox. The control mechanism disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that as the self-locking function, the interlocking function, the grade locking function and the reverse gear locking are integrated on a small cap assembly, the entire structure is compact, light and convenient.
