Net-shaped supporting device

The invention discloses a net-shaped supporting device. The net-shaped supporting device is used for the treatment of femoral head tissue necrosis, is made of titanium-nickel alloy, and comprises a head portion, a body portion and a tail portion. The head portion is semispherical, the body portion is cylindrical, external threads are formed in the outer side of the tail portion, and a cross groove is designed in the end of the tail portion; the head portion, the body portion and the tail portion are connected into a whole, and are hollow, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the wall of the head portion and the wall of the body portion. After necrotic osseous tissue in a femoral head medullary cavity is removed in the operation process, the net-shaped supporting device is placed into the femoral head medullary cavity, bone grafting filling is conducted on a hollow inner cavity of the net-shaped supporting device, and after bone substrates inside and outside the net-shaped supporting device heal, the whole can be formed. According to the net-shaped supporting device, effective supporting of a collapsed femoral head can be achieved and enhanced, continuous collapse and necrosis of the femoral head can be delayed or prevented, prothesis replacement is delayed or avoided, the pain of a patient is relieved, the economic burden is reduced, and the living quality of the patient is improved.
