REVIEW, APPLICATION, AND EVALUATION OF COMPUTER METHODS FOR CIRCUIT RELIABILITY ANALYSIS.

Abstract : The objectives of the program are to (1) select a computer technique for reliability analysis of avionic equipment, (2) apply this technique to two avionic equipments, and (3) evaluate the technique to give an indication of its applicability and usefulness, including costs. The results of this program are presented.
