Human Locomotion in Multiway Analysis

2019
Human movement ecology still lacks the fundamental principles of the locomotion paradigm. The intelligence embedded into the muscles of our legs allow us to navigate quickly and accurately. Understanding and analyzing human locomotion enabled scientist to track a rehabilitation program, build smart robots, efficient shoes manufacturing, and currently employed to improve biometric systems. This paper work is based on having a summarized and adequate analysis of human gait in time, frequency and space simultaneously. This is based on multiway tensor analysis technique. Namely, parallel factor analysis successfully employed to gain information from mode combination using krnoecker product which applied on vertical ground reaction force signals captured from both normal and Parkinson gait subjects. Finally, a deep analysis of different obtained modes is conducted and correlated directly to results that many researchers are trying to figure out.
