The invention relates to an intelligent bracelet with dual-Bluetooth modules. The intelligent bracelet comprises a motion tracking module and a Bluetooth earphone module which are in electrical connection, wherein the motion tracking module is used for collecting, disposing and analyzing motion and sleep data and transmitting the data to an intelligent mobile phone APP for displaying, or transmitting time data and information about incoming calls of an intelligent mobile phone to a display screen for displaying, and the Bluetooth earphone module is used for realizing a voice communication function. In the case of no incoming call, the Bluetooth earphone module is shut off; while in the case of an incoming call, the Bluetooth earphone module is started. Dual-Bluetooth chips are employed. The intelligent bracelet integrates step counting and sleep monitoring functions, a voice communication function, a music play function, a displaying function and a real-time charging function into one and has the characteristics of conservation of electric power, intelligence, wirelessness and portability; through the alternative function of two Bluetooth chips, power consumption of the bracelet can be reduced and is only 1/2 of the power consumption of a commercially available bracelet of a same kind; and since a lithium battery is added into a dormancy cabin, charging can be carried out through a USB interface and through the lithium battery, so real-time charging is facilitated.
