Study on compressive orthopaedy wood by steam treating at high temperature (I): structure change and dimension stability.

The seeds of Picea koraiensis from 11 sites throughout the northeast area in China were tested with 3 kinds of enzyme extraction buffers, 5 kinds of gel electrophoresis buffers and 14 kinds of enzyme system. The results indicated that c extraction buffer and #8, #11 gel electrophoresis buffer systems wee used better in the seeds of P. koraiensis than others, #8 gel electrophoresis was used to stain well in AAT. GDH and DIA, while #11 in MDH, ME, IDH, 6PGD, PGI and ACO. 16 allozyme loci are taken as genetic marker for P. koraiensis.
