The invention discloses a metal plating wastewater recycle using and waste water recycling technology process which comprises the following steps: separating metal plating wastewater into cupric sulfate waste water, copper pyrophosphate waste water, water-diluted hexavalent chromium/ trivalent chrominm waste water, concentrated hexavalent chromium/ trivalent chrominm waste water, cyanide-containing waste water, nickel sulfate waste water, chemical nickel waste water, pre-electroplating processing waste water and comprehensive waste water; independently inducting all the waste waters into corresponding recycling systems for processing; and inputting water output from the recycling systems into a reverse osmosis system again for filtering. According to the invention, the processing cost is effectively reduced, the recycling equipment is small in occupied area, the recycling water quality is stable, the more than 90 percent of the waste water produced by an electroplating plant is reused, and the rest 10 percent is subjected to traditional processing to achieve the drainage standard to drain out; and the metal obtained during the waste water recycling process is applied to an electroplating bath after being processed, so as to realize waste water recycling and reduce the manufacturing cost of the electroplating plant.
