Hip replacement surgery patients high levels of D-D prevent DVT complications nursing

2013
Objective To study the effectiveness of prevention measures for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after hip replacement surgery. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012,30 cases were selected as the research objects, who were treated in the No.10 orthopaedic department in our hospital after artificial hip replacement surgery with high levels of D-D dimer (D-dimer,D-D).Through health education, body care, early functional exercise and other measures given to patients, the DVT complication of patients was observed. Results Before artificial hip replacement surgery the average level of D-D dimer was (0.95 ± 0.18) μ g/ml,and 24 hours after artificial hip replacement surgery the D-D dimer was (8.07 ± 2.55) μ g/ml,the average content of D-D dimer in patients with high levels of nursing measures after D-D dimer levels dropped to the average at (1.25 ± 0.25) μ g/ml,and no complications of DVT was found. Conclusion Taking timely effective nursing measure to artificial hip replacement surgery patients with high D-D dimer content can effectively reduce and prevent early complications of DVT after hip replacement surgery, and greatly improve the success rate of surgery.
