The invention discloses a biological safety cabinet capable of monitoring the cleanliness in real time. The biological safety cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a fan, a negative-pressure channel and a detection structure, wherein the top end of the cabinet body is provided with an air outlet; the fan is arranged in the upper part of the cabinet body; the negative-pressure channel is arranged at the outer side of the rear part of the cabinet body; one end of the negative-pressure channel is arranged below the cabinet body, and the other end of the negative-pressure channel extends to the top end of the cabinet body along the rear part of the cabinet body; the detection structure is arranged in the cabinet body and is positioned on the upper part of the operation area. According to the biological safety cabinet capable of monitoring the cleanliness in real time, a mobile cleanliness detection structure is put on a flow equalizing plate, so that when the biological safety cabinet is used actually, the cleanliness detection structure on the flow equalizing plate scans the cleanliness of the rear end of a filter at random, and the leakage detection of the longitudinal filter is realized; when leakage existence is found, a signal can be output in real time wirelessly, so that the biological safety cabinet can timely send out an audible and visual alarm signal so as to remind operators of checking and maintaining timely.
