Also provided is an electric/electronic component equipped with this powder core, and an electric/electronic device in which this electric/electronic component is installed. When the powder core (1) is measured by means of TOF-SIMS under the following conditions, a peak based on first ions is measured, with said first ions comprising at least one species of ion represented by C n H 2n-1 O 2 - (where n = 11-20).
