The present invention discloses a refrigerator water filter replacement structure, comprising: a support base mounted to the interior of a refrigerator and a cover plate connected to the support base, the support is accommodated within the water filter housing and the support base side is provided with an opening, said cover plate being movable between opening and closing the two open positions of the opening, the cover plate is operable to move the other side of the supporting base, and the cover plate sliding along the inner support base to support the base in a superimposed manner open the opening. The present invention also discloses a refrigerator having the above-described water filter replacement structure. Water filter structure of the present invention is replacement of simple structure, easy operation and replacement of the water filter and effort.
