Research and application of Informationized Management System for Shule River Irrigation Area

In accordance with the realities of both the development and utilization of the water resources within the inland river basins and the environment protection therein,the Informationized Management System for Shule River Irrigation Area—a management system including the comprehensive contents such as the combined control of the three reservoirs in the river basin,the 3-D simulation of the underground water,the flood forecast and control,the monitoring of the gates in the irrigation area,the data collection of the water quantity of the irrigation area,the office management information,etc.is developed with the modern informationized technique on the bases of the summarization of the normal experience of water resources management and precisely obtaining the relevant data and information of the river basin.The system covers the related management contents of the supply and demand balance and the optimized control of the water resources,eco-environment protection,flood control and drought relief,remote monitoring,auto-measurement for the river basin concerned,and then not only realized the integrated management of the water resources in the irrigation area,but the modernized management level of the water resources in the river basin is also fully enhanced.
