Стандартизация СО2 - экстракта корневищ аира болотного

Sulphated ash, heavy metals, water (by Karl Fischer method), acid number, saponification number were determined in the different fractions of CO2 extract of the roots and rhizomes of Acorus calamus. The obtained data on the content of heavy metals are confirmed by experimental data obtained in the State Scientific Institution “Institute for Single Crystals” of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The acid number 45.45 indicates about the presence of organic acids in CO2-extracts and a saponification number 84.5 about the availability of a significant number of fats and esters
