The invention discloses a method for managing an embedded database in isomerism storage media. The method includes the steps of dividing a data file into small data blocks and large data blocks, storing the large data blocks and the small data blocks in the low priority into an external storage, storing the small data blocks in the high priority into an internal storage, enabling an embedded processor to inquire an index block of data to be accessed, directly accessing the data if the data block exists in the internal storage, accessing the data in the external storage if the data block exists in the external storage, and in the system free period, enabling the database to release a part of data blocks in a degradation mode to the external storage according to accessed conditions and load a part of data blocks in the urgent need to the internal storage so as to achieve dynamic scheduling. According to the method for managing the embedded database in the isomerism storage media, the advantages of the two storage media are combined, the response speed of the database is quickened, the storage capacity of the database is enlarged, the internal storage of the embedded processor is sufficiently used, and therefore the technical problem of the database performance bottleneck caused by a single storage medium is solved.
