利用Mucor rouxii生產γ-次亞麻油酸之生長動力學研究與醱酵饋料策略的應用

γ-linolenic acid(GLA) was a value-added polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA). its main source was extract form plants, but producing GLA by plants was slow and quality of GLA can’t be control. Therefore, this research was production by fermentation. Organic nitrogen source was generally used for industrial fermentation, but it couldn’t measure and analysis easily. Therefore, we needed a lot of data to find out optimal concentration of culture and fed. This result makes high cost of research. In this research, we used mathematic model to investigate and estimate the concentration of organic nitrogen source. We hoped to establish this method can be generally used to find out the concentration of nitrogen source for fermentation. Future, the mathematic model can be used for drafting strategy of fed to increase cost-effective. According model to drafting a strategy of fed and the object is get high yield and constant glucose concentration, we get a strategy which was initial concentration: glucose16.904g/L and corn steep solid 1.707g/L, fed concentration: glucose 2.607g/L and corn steep solid 0.016g/L, and producing total lipid 3.659g/L and GLA 0.366 g/L after 18.51 hrs.
