Особенности нейрогуморального гомеостаза у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца

Analyzed were the peculiarities of neurohumoral homeostasis in 97 patients with coronary heart disease in emotional rest and during stress (before the upcoming surgery coronary artery bypass grafting surgery). In the duration of the day before surgery, according to the ECG, the number of episodes of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia increased, varied the concentration of stress-realizing and stress-limiting hormones, most marked in patients with high functional class of angina.
