The invention provides a method and a system for unlocking a device with a touch screen. The method comprises the following steps: a device client-side acquires a brand pattern from a network termination, then monitors touch screen input, if the monitored touch screen input is confirm to the brand pattern then the device client-side enables the device to be unlocked and updates the brand pattern acquired from the network termination in a predetermined time.
